Summer Holidays 2025

Dear Parents and Carers,

We’re so excited to welcome your children to another unforgettable summer at Holiday Club! Whether your child is joining us for the first time or they’re a returning regular, we’ve got something for everyone this season – packed with laughter, creativity, and adventure.

Drop-Off & Collection Information

Please be prompt for all drop-offs and collections to help the day run smoothly.

  • Park on the road and buzz the nursery gate (far left when facing the school)

  • The school car park gate opens at 8:50 am and closes promptly at 9:15 am

  • The car park gate opens at 2:50pm and closes promptly at 3:15pm

  • Please park on the road and buzz the nursery gate again.

If you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible

Day in the Life at The Hangout Holiday Club in Harlow

Welcome to The Hangout Holiday Club, where we transform everyday learning into an exciting adventure for all children. Located in the heart of Harlow, our club is a beacon of fun, creativity, and accessibility. We're committed to providing a stimulating environment where children can explore a wide range of activities that ignite their curiosity and enhance their creativity. We pride ourselves on offering:

  • At The Hangout, we believe every child deserves the chance to shine. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of all children, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional needs. Our dedicated team ensures that The Hangout is a positive, safe space where every child feels valued and has equal opportunities to participate and grow.

  • From art workshops that inspire imagination to science experiments that spark curiosity, our activities are designed to engage young minds and encourage creative thinking. Children at The Hangout have the freedom to explore new ideas, learn new skills, and make lasting friendships.

Workshops

Each day we currate a special activity for the children to be a part of, from exotic animal handling, Tramapline bounce classes, laser tag, and tie dye. Your children will leave having unique experiences, making their half terms and school holidays truly special.

Our spacious outdoor area is a natural playground where children can explore, learn, and engage in a variety of fun activities.

Inside Play

our indoor play area transforms into a vibrant classroom of imagination and discovery, where children have the freedom to choose from a treasure trove of activities. As they step into our play zone, they're greeted by boxes brimming with toys and games
